Video help

Ok I'm tired or messing with my crappy video editing programs. Right now I'm using ulead dvd movie factory 3, windows movie maker, and windvd. All of them can edit but I want one killer program that can do it all. I need a program that can do ALL video files. Wmv, mpg, vob, avi, everything!!! And I want it to be able to save to any format I want. Does such a program exist and if it does what program is it. I'm tired of having footage that I cant do anything with because I cant edit that certain file. And converting files loses too much quality so I really dont want to go that route. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Nero and it's pretty good .I've heard other peeps say Pinnacle is real good too:headbang:

I used studio 8 and its alright. im about to intall the newer version so it should be good. if not i will let you know.

adobe premiere 6.5 and adobe premiere pro.

both work GREAT, but pro is hard to run on my homePC ( P4 3.2, 512 ram)
home PC runs 6.5 perfect though.

they are likely $$$ software, check on the bit torrent sites, you can probably find a beta or busted version.
