V Force 3's w/ ATP Manifold?

I just got an email back from Chris at ATP but he has not used the 3's yet. My question is, should I use the stuffers that came with the reeds or run them w/o? I'm running retail 46mm on a non ported 61X.

I could not get my ported motor tuned worth a ******** with stuffers in and as soon as I pulled them out the motor tuned first ride.

Had a bear of a time getting my vForce 3 reeds & stuffer to run on my superjet with the stock carbs. I had a Riva reed spacer on there which didn't seem to help. I pulled off the spacer, replaced it with the OEM spacer, jetted up and now it runs great.
I started at 70 pilot, 135 high with a 22 pop off (you should have seen how badly my needle and seat leaked) :crying:

Replaced needle and seat, tested pop off, 48 psi! Tried a 77.5 pilot jet, still ran like crap. With a 80 pilot jet 1 turn out, it seems to run pretty well.

Seems to run much better than before with the carbon tech reeds and spacer. Of course I'm having a hard time telling with all the big power superjets between Phil and my wife. :crying: :crying:

With that said, the vForce 3 reeds with stuffer runs great on my superjet now (35cc dome, b-pipe).
 
Good to hear than thing rips bud,you guys sound like your really ready to rip some surf now.

anyone have any experience with boysen rad valves?
