V force 3 reeds with ADA spacer and stock 62t manifold!!! Help!

I bought a set of VF3 reeds for my 62t/61x, b pipe, MSD, ADA girdled Head, Stock intake manifold, stock carbs. Added the ADA Reed Spacer and installed VF3 and the hardware is a little short that came with the ADA Spacer. Anyone else have this issue? I know the VF3 add more length due to them being screw-less. Can you just buy longer bolts to bolt it on??? Should I get an AM intake??
Thanks!!

You can get studs from McMaster car or jetmainic prolly sells as well, Allen key on tip of stud, you’ll also need Nylock nuts for the studs

The ADA spacer kit came with the hardware. The 4 studs and the other Allen bolts were there. Just not long enough. Literally 0 thread available when I have it together. The studs are about 1/8” from clearing outside of intake. I’ll have to get longer hardware for sure.

Ok here’s the order I have the parts installed.
ADA Reed Spacer gasket to case, ADA spacer, VF3 Reed Gasket, VF3 Cages, VF3 gasket, stock manifold gasket, Stock plate, the other manifold gasket, and finally intake manifold.

How does this look?? If I just need longer hardware I can get it locally. I’m ready to full send just need to know if this is the proper order for the parts above. Thanks again for any info!!!!!

After you said you can get the hardware locally, I thought to myself, could just cut the heads off long SS cap screws and make studs lol... cheaper

That’s a lot of gaskets... vf2 would have fit better with an ada spacer and use less gaskets.....

You have it placement correct, but was wondering if it could be better....

Is the crossover in your manifold filled with epoxy ? These are 38’s your working with or 44’s ?

Was thinking an after market manifold with speed plate and no ada spacer would be great but might need new carbs so extra expenses...lol

If you fill it and flatten it, you could get rid of the stock gaskets and plate... more work...

If your not going to fill it, do we really need a vf gasket before the stock gasket ? Can the stock gasket seal the reed on that side alone ?

All these gaskets are possible leak points.. pressure test after assemble or use 1211 silicon on these gaskets or due both...

Crossover is not filled and I’m running 38’s

Trying to prevent more work....lol

I’ll check if the stock gasket will work. I was going to use grease instead of silicone.
