300/440/550 upgrading hull 650sx/750sx Anything i should worry about?

I'm upgrading my hull to a 750sx from a 650sx.
The engine (650) is in the hull and seem to match up fine.
Is there anything I might be missing that I need to upgrade/downgrade (besides the engine itself) to the carbs or pump or anything?
Have you heard of anyone doing this before?

Thanks,

You will have to reuse your 650 elec box somehow cause the 750s elec wont work. The pump is also different the way it seals. Otherwise I think you can use everything else. The ride plate and grate wont swap I dont think.

Okay. sounds like I'm good to go. Pump came w/ the hull, have the old electric installed. There shouldn't be any power issues. The hull actually seems lighter than the 650 but I didn't weigh them so I'm not positive. Thanks for the help.

Hmmm, thats kind of a cool idea if you have a pretty reliable 650sx engine. let us know how it rides. and take pics after the conversion is done.

The 650 and the 750 use the same motor mounts, bed plates and couplers. If the drive shaft is there, just drop everything in. A 650 in the 750 hull is easy. A 750 in a 650 hull may take some fiddling to get the larger exhaust system in. The only things you should need are hoses for rerouting the exhaust. The e-boxes and etc wont just bolt into the right spot because they are different, but the engine will still run no matter how you secure those componets in, etc. It's a very easy swap until you start trying to put big pipes from big engines into small hulls.
