We ordered three billet couplers from Riva a few weeks back and when we went to put one on the Blaster we noticed that we had two mid shaft sides in one package. I called Pete at Riva and he gave me a contact number and the person to talk to at UMI. Not only are overnighting a new set with a call tag in the box to send the others back, they are paying for all the shipping. UMI hooked me up big time when my oem steering snapped and i needed a new one for a race in rochester in 3 days. they had one overnighted to me with everything i needed..

I ordered my UMI steering through Dennis Kirk and when it arrived it was missing a bag of parts. DK service put me in touch with UMI and they emailed me a parts list the same day. Three days later I had all the missing parts in my hands, good to go no questions asked.

I would think the system should have come in a sealed package but was shipped from DK as seperate compnents in one big box. UMI went good for DK's handling problem or is that how they come?

Ordered some 90* bypass fittings from UMI, and later decieded to go with 45*. They shipped me the 45s with a return label for the 90*s.:biggthumpup: :biggthumpup:
