umi turnplate with stock steering bushings

I have a turnplate but I don't have the bearing assembly, bolt, cupseal etc...

I was looking at my stock turnplate and I like the bushing idea, has anyone rigged up a AM turnplate to work with out the bearing assembly?

Interesting idea, why not just use the stock turnplate though?

1) I've got the turn plate
2) outside steering hole is trashed on the stocker

So looking at it a bit more, all I need to do is find a shoulder screw that is the same thread and grip length as the stock turn plate. Length L should be the thickness of a Umi turn plate + stock turnplates L. I'm at work now, could anyone fill in the missing dimenstions for E, D, L, and thread?
