The guys who pm'd me here and on pwct. Its an older style bottom stop, thats shows that its used. I replaced the bearings spring 07 and they still feel ok...I'd guess one or 2 seasons left on them. Its 1/2 the price of a new one, shipped... I'll just keep it as a spare if no one wants it.
