SXR twin pipes

I saw this on the tbm website for an sxr. Looks a little extreme to me. Anyone ever use these or know of of any threads started on them? I looked for myself but couldnt find any topics on it

They are a great set of pipes when set up correctly. The problem is that setting them up correctly and fine tuning them is no easy task. They are awesome when they are on your friends ski and you can ride it, but that is about it. There is a reason they didn't sell a lot of them. Honestly if I could pick a set up for a couple hundred bucks, I totally would. For the everyday rider who doesn't want to spend all of his riding time turning wrenches, these are not the pipes for you. If you do get the chance to ride a twin piper, do not hesitate!

I just sold a set on pwctoday for 650 shipped. expect to pay 550-900. I have gone over 66 mph in an 844cc sxr and just over 60 in a limited with these pipes. Setup is KEY, Stinger size and ECWI, and working on them is also key.

As Luke said they are work. I have had 4 sets so far and they work. I have a hood all ready to go if anyone needs a hood.

They make your boat SMOOTH power like a 1100 and they weigh just over 45lbs so it also makes it ride like a 1100 conversion. Its hard to tell between a good mid 60's 1100 conversion and a good twin pipe conversion. Power and Weight are similar.
