SX/SXi/SXi Pro Tuning start

I've got a buddy that threw a 750sx engine in a 300 chassis with modified tunnel and pump. Looking for a good starting point for carb tuning.

750 kawi .50 overbore
46 single sbn carb
Factory wet pipe
Head
About 180 psi

Anyone have a similar setup?
