I put together a 650 190 psi to the head,dry pipe, 44mm carb, boyson reeds, lighten factory flywheel at stock timing. It idles and revs up put once I put it in the water and throttle it up it dies, at sea level. As of right now it has a straight pipe need to get new fittings for the water box. I am not sure on if I need to turn the carb up or get bigger jets it's a new carb

Do a leak down test to verify you don't have an air leak. Classic symptom of an air leak or broken reed petal.
