I saw on Ross Champion's 2009 SJ that there were tubbies installed on top of the stock molded tubbies.....has anyone else done this???

yep, installed tubbies destroyers on my 08.... 3 bolts on each side...super easy install

How does a double tubbie ski turn?
After I updated the steering pole and cable the 09 SJ turns so sweet. I can't imagine it turning "better".
Those of you who have another set of tubbies on an 08+ SJ please describe the improvement.

mine turns so sharp and hard it can drive thru the turn under water . mine is a fixed steer now so i can manipulate the boat with ease. the tbm's broke, so i had to ride it w/o tubbies for 2 weeks. i hated it so much i quit riding it until tom21 put his tubbies on it for me. tubbies just make the boat turn 10 x faster and harder and allow it to stay hooked in a turn. the downside is at 30 mph going straight it tubbie walks like you can't imagine. but who goes 30 right. i use mine for wave bashing and buoy chasing.
