Tubbies and dual exhaust

Just a question that I have. Can you still mount the dual exhaust if you already have tubbies on the ski? I am turning an old race ski into a freestyle ske and want to run duals but removing the tubbies I have heard is a pain in the a**. So any help would be appreicated ie cut the tubbie where the exhaust is comming out or any ideas on how to remve the tubbies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

If you must have a front exhaust, some have mounted them above the bond line.
Just a thought.

I've always heard that you just cut the tubbie where the exhaust comes out. As long as you dont cut it all the way down to the bottom of the tubbie then it shouldn't change the effectiveness of the tubbie.

You cut about 2 inches o the tubbie to make it fit. No problem at all.

Thanks to all that responded. I really like the tubbies and wanted to keep them so being able to just cout out the tubbie where the exhaust goes makes me feel better. Thanks again and any more suggestions would be appreciated.

The official suggestion from Blowsion is to just cut it to fit. It will not affect handling.

Thanks I guess I will just trace around the exhaust outlet and drill a hole and use an air saw and cut away. Thanks again.
