Trying to remove my motor mount smc insert is what I believe it is called. Looking for advice

this is my first post in the group hopefully I don’t get banned lol. I got banned before I posted anything on a different account and then all it said was contact somebody to resolve the issue but there is no contact line for resolving any issues lol. Not casting any hate but it did say I got banned for spam without posting anything.

Anyways I’m in the process of trying to fix some of the fiberglass on my waveblaster 1, the damage is under the motor mount insert, my motor mount insert was slightly loose in the middle but now that I have tried to remove it I see that it is still very intact on the edges. I am struggling to remove it and I am looking for some help. Anything would be appreciated. This is my first jetski project ever and so far it seems to be pretty big. I’ll try to include some photos.

I did look through the forum and couldn’t find anything on removing the insert, if somebody has already asked before and I didn’t notice I do apologize in advance

The motor mount inserts arent coming out. If you had a new one you could sand the old one off and replace it, Im not sure they were ever available. Repair it from the bottom, you will likely end up with a sizeable hole once the broken fibers have been removed.

It will come out with enough heat and prying but you haven't thought this through , if you do get it out out how are you going to get it glued back in and lined up properly , Kevbo is right , fix it from the bottom and if the insert is loose in the middle try working some epoxy cabosil up under it and putting weight on it till the epoxy cures , if you continue down the road you are on you will most likely make it into an unfixable mess.
