Idok is absolutely right, if the OEM is still good, leave it. Tygon is a good substitute. .25" is fine on the barbs and I always use small zip ties.

never get clear fuel line. I dont care if its rated for fuel, it always hardens. I had some on my primer for the 650 that advance auto said was spec'd for fuel, it hardened and popped out of my carb and leaked gas into the damn bilge.

same here.

it was the clear blue 1/8" crap that comes w/ the primer.

the entire tank drained into the bilge.

i found out when i went to start it. i always remove the hood before starting a sleeping ski. good thing too.... it was filled to the bottom of the f/w cover with premix!

sweet mother! that could of been a real rude awakening if something lit that up. I've used those lines but i replace my fuel lines in the off season anyways, i would like to get some colored line that stays soft too.

No Problem.
You can get a 25ft roll of blue fuel line from hot products.

I've had blue fuel line in my ski with gas in it for about 9 months now and it still looks like the day i got it and is still flexible and did not get brittle at all.

I have been looking for a while now but keep going back to ebay. It is cheap and exactally what I want. Unless you want to sell me all of your stock fuel line for cheap.

Doesn't the tygon fuel line from McMaster-carr only come in yellow??

EDIT:
SHIET I was just a few seconds late proof reading.... I wanted the stock lines also......

i found my fuel lines at a local go cart racing store . i got the yellow lines and they garente it from going hard and brittle . they had a heap off other colours there as well .it wasnt the cheapest but it was the promise that it will never go hard and brittle that sold me on it
