At wide open throttle it is cutting out but not all the time, sometimes it clears out and runs good. Has new JSS wires and coil, spark plugs are fairly new but maybe I should check those. I think my throttle cable needs to be adjusted aswell. Maybe im not getting enough fuel? Also seems like I have some lag on the bottom end. Motor is stock besides a hooker 9/15 prop with a bored nozzle and a freestyle cone. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I would really like to get it all smoothed out.

A bog on the bottom usually points to a rich mixture in the bottom circuit. And cutting out at high speed usually points to a lean mixture on the top circuit. Search for the watcom carb tuning thread. That is a great resource..

Well i took out the spark plugs and found that they were gapped way too much like .060 inch when they should be .025 lol wtf? Bought new plugs took it out to the lake yesterday and its soooo much better!!! Still could use a lil carb adjusting, idle is set to low and it dies after few seconds if i dont keep on the throttle
