Going to be installing a trim system here in the next few days, and been trying to find tubing w/o luck. Where do you guys get your tubes, and is their an ideal size/material?

Also anyone have any install pics?

I used 316 seamless stainless steel tubing that was .375" diameter with a .028" wall thickness and its 20 inches long

You can purchase the tubing at http://www.onlinemetals.com/

Also Pro-Tec sells the same tubing for their trim system for $14.95

Here are a couple of pictures of the trim tube location.

I used a chrome coated copper 3/8" toilet supply line tubing to go through the hull. They are like $2. The cable fits that tubing perfectly(the Terrycable SP-435).

As for drilling: The bellhanger bits I found where like $35+ for the shortest one at Home Depot and Lowes. I did find a 18" 3/8" drill bit for $18 and when I drilled it I had about 1/4-3/8" extra. So the length to drill through the bulkhead is like 17 3/4-7/8".
