Super Jet Trim tube question.

I am trying to get my superjet put together before the freeride and ran into a snag with one of my through hull cooling lines twisted off right at the bulkhead. I want to run dual cooling and don't want to replace the cooling line. The hull is setup for trim and each end of the trim is finished off with a barbed pipe fitting but I have no idea what was used to connect the two. I am worried that the PO may have just drilled a through hole and glued the fittings to the hull with the trim cable and there is nothing but a hole in the foam. I want to use it as a second cooling line but don't want to fill my hull, how likely is it that they didn't run some sort of tube?

Best to assume the worst. The water is going to be cold enough that dual cooling won't be necessary so you can always do the proper repair after.

Also, I am unable to contact the person who may have done the work, bought the hull from jetmaniac. Boyer, that sounds interesting but there is less than a week till the freeride and I work 6 days a week so it will be super tight just trying to get it ready as it is. Pump is already in and plumbed, I was planning on hoping for the best honestly but I am nervous.

The last 2 rides out the pisser from my head has been shooting cold water and the other has been luke warm. I was going to dump one straight overboard and join the other together for single cooling just for Daytona. I hear you on the time crunch but it wouldn't take too long to drop the rideplate, unthread the fitting and stick in a plug to get you by for now. You can cap the hull fitting with a $1 caplug from any auto store.

I'd be less worried about water in my foam and more worried about foam bits going through the cooling lines and clogging the motor up.

I poked around and found that the hole was just through the foam and no tube was installed so single cooling it is. Where can I get a stainless or aluminum line to stick through there?
