trick idea

Always letting my mind wonder to ideas on not only new tricks but tricks that are done in one sport that might be able to be brought over to another. This time I thought about a decade air. came from bicycles, has been done on a dirt bike, travis pastrana of course and another guy not from the US. anyway, obviously it would be hard due to the pole but like bmx it can be done doing a 180 as for dirt bikes your body does a full 360. So im not going to ask who do you think can pull it off, i want to know who wants to try it? I really do think it could be done...start your 180 on the ski then with your upper body spin and meet your ski 180 later and sub back in the water.

Sounds cool but I don't know how easy it would be with the bars not pivoting all the way around. Could you post a video of it being done on a MX bike? I can't see a decade air happening. Maybe a version of it but not like on a BMX

I think it would be cool to see a lot more fmx trick cross over.. I want to try Ross C's style shorty limiter strap this year so the bars only extend to a max height that would allow you to keep the ski in a balance position.. A V-wake would make plenty of time for this well unless you got surf (bastards!!) .. bring on the pain

That FMX bike was built to do that trick. The forks are from a mountain bike, and the bars spin 360. Maybe you need a steering wheel on top of your pole. Sit-n-spin style.

you could probably rig up a way to spin the bars a full 360 on a b1 easier than an mx bike... like a button to disengage so they can spin and lock in place when it gets all the way back around.

Yeah, good idea. Why not? fmx just picked up the trick, if jet skis did, it would turn a lot of heads and if people really want to build up the sport, perhaps head to X games, head turning is a must.
