Super Jet tray warped

After defoaming my sn I noticed the piece of tray I cut out was warped badly. Im sure it was due to the wet foam but now I need to go back together. Can I build a new tray and glass it in? Im a virgin at this fiberglass stuff. Thanks

You just refoam, then cut the foam back down flat and glass over the top of the foam with Epoxy and fiberglass cloth

So I dont need to make a new piece outside of the ski? Im doing the bottom half with beer pong balls and the top portion with extruded polystyrene and adding drains.

If you've done it right you can re use the cut portion of the tray no need to try and lay up new parts. It can be bonded back in without the warp. I've done the balls and its a solid choice. Pm me if you need specific advice.
