will a sj fit onto a regular jet ski trailer? ive got a trailer for our sea doo but im kinda afraid it will b to small and since im probally driving a few hours to get the sj i didnt wanna have to make 2 trips or something.

how? the trailer is at our lake house and im not so i cant look at it but i didnt realize they were adjustable

Trailer bunks are adjustable but there is something else you can do.
Get 2 6foot 2x4's, set them at about 12" on center and hold them apart with some runners (it will look like a ladder).
Take that setup with you and sit that onto the trailer in between the original bunks.
Throw the SJ onto your temporary bunks for the trip home.

how would i secure it? its a metal trailer. it would probally be alot easier if i could see the trailer now

Strap the ski down.
It would be sitting on the make shift bunks, right ?
So, if you strap down the ski, the bunks will be held in place as well.

It's no big deal to haul on a larger spaced trailer, sandwich a few 2x4's in there and you're ready to hit the road. Or, like has been said, usually adjusting the bunks is no problem! I'll help you out if we meet up!

im not sure really, i havent looked at the trailer much. ill check it out soon as i get to the lake. thanks for the ideas guys

you can make any trailer work.
ya. i've noticed that the three trailers i've used all had 9/16 bolts that held the bunks in so bring a coupld of those.
