Ok before I start with my review please note I am an average rider that does nothing spectacular. Further more I have all stock skis with your average bolt on (pipe, head, msd, water box, prop ect) I have rode friends skis with either 1100 kawis & 1100/1200 Yami in either B1's or Sj. A couple of Rickters and a Freak. Again nothing to call home about and limited knowledge of anything lol. Last year during a jetski party up in Centreville Md I got to ride Zimmy's B1 with the TPE SS 964, I was like wow I got to have one. Now keep in mind Zimmy makes it look so easy and he is great at what he does. I be lucky to be able to jump and land safely LOL. None the less I had to have one. I went and got me a B1 hull and cut it all up. I got me a TPE SS 964 and I just wanted the basic low budget setup (Mikuni 46s, MSD, light f/w, PF & rear water box) I finally got it all done and put together over the weekend, but due to weather conditions I could not start to test/break in until 4/8/14. I went for my 1st ride on 4/8/14 and I was right away like wow now this is power (to me if nothing else), keep in mind am breaking it in, so no WOT or anything at this point. I rode yesterday again for about 2 hrs each time. Again am still like geez this thing is powerful. I am very impressed and happy with the amount of power that this motor has. Again my review so far all I can ay is wow I am very impressed at the power. Now to talk about those who have helped me with the motor. Well Erik is awesome and a call or text and he would call me and let me know what was going on, heck I wanted the motor ASAP since I was trying to get the ski done for WD that he drove to the halfway point and met me so I did not have to wait for the shipping, now that to me is customer service. Now on to Todd (Chadnarly) I text him almost everyday asking this or that. Todd has helped me with all the setup and specs for this motor and so very helpful that I can't say good enough stuff about either of them. Thanks Erik and Todd for the help so far. I texted Todd and told him how happy and impressed with the setup I was and his response was " and yours is a mild setup" lol. I like the fact that with just adding a new pipe and bigger carbs, I can keep getting more power if I want. My review is am extremely happy with this motor.
