TPE 964cc

hi all does anyone run one of the tpe 964cc engines? i am thinking of getting one so just gathering info etc. what carbs do you use or recommend?
can the compression be changed on these?.
have you ran them with a b pipe?.
what ignition do you use, i am not keen on total loss due to riding in salt.
any help or advice would be great, thanks

Yes compression can be changed

46mm mikuni's is the minimum, personally I like dasa 48's

Yes you can run it with a bored bpipe

Yes you can run it on stock electronics

thanks for the info guys, they seem to be great engines. i cant afford the pfp so i can use my bored b pipe,so best off going 48's then or would 46 power bombs be good (ive been told these are great set up). at least i would run is a light charging flywheel and some sort of enhancer cdi

If you can, pick up some Full Spec 48's or Novi's. Although word has it the Dasa's and Thrust's are doing good as well. But FS and Novi's would be my first choice.
