I rode my buddy's 2013 superjet and decided I'd go buy a cheap stand up on craigslist. I bought a project, and I'm a little overwhelmed.

The seller told me it had electrical issues, I looked up a diagram, and 30 minutes later it was turning over. So I assume that's fine now. I pulled the head and noticed crosshatching. My friend said I need to hone the head. What would be the best way to do this? I also want to find a kit to hydro turf like http://imgur.com/zo2GrY4 and also the side rails. I'm going to do paint and graphics down the road.
What else should I look into upgrading?
