Freestyle Total loss brainfart

I finally got around to reinstalling the complete motor and total loss system from my BOB into my new used Superfreak hull. I had to create a new mounting plate for my msd dual channel total loss and in the process I have forgotten which coil went with which cylinder. Is there an easy way to figure it out? I can't seem to think of anything simple except switching the wires back and forth until it cranks. Ideas?

Simple, go to the switches on the back of the MSD box and turn off the electric start switch setting, (I think its switch bank 1, dip S4) turn on ignition and then rotate crank by hand at the coupler in the clockwise direction with the plugs out and connected to the wire and laying on the head for ground to see which coil fires then look in the plug hole for the piston almost at TDC. Now that you know, don't forget to set elec. start switch back to on.
