Super Jet total loss and electronics questions

hey, i have a few questions, my buddy is getting a superjet this weekend, it was a race ski its a 785, with a pipe carbs and all that good stuff, but it has a total loss system on it, and he doesnt want it. he wants a stock type system back on it, and he doesnt want a used one... so i was wondering what ones are out there.

Oh that motor is going to hit real nice with a stock system back in it. Be sure to take the compression back down to stock levels, too.


a bit more serious: Buy a used stock ignition box (CDI), ebox, coil, relay, cables, stator and flywheel. And understand that if that motor was indeed built for racing with TL, taking that out will probably mean disappointing performance.

never mess with a winning combo. thats like getting your dremmel out after just getting a cylinder ported by dasa or some other wizzard.

I'd be interested in buying the total loss if its in good condition.

I'd trade my full stock setup for total loss. Rad charging flywheel, msd emhancer

we ride lakes, hes a bigger guy, he wants reliability over sheer performance

i was upset with him when he said he wants it out too. but its his ski so whatever, i tried to convince him but he insists on removing the TL system

I would not mind throwing cash down on top if needed, enhancer has 2 rides on it, rad wheel is in great shape. Ebox, and stator all good condition. It's on my ski now
