Just do the whole liner and save a ton of weight and gain a ton of strength.

yeah doing the liner saves a ton of weight. I think the square hood we built a liner for on my buddies ski weighs less than my old WDK hood.

This is mine so far... Not much time into it. I don't think its the best solution but it will be effective and it will work for now... I just used 1 1/2 " spa hose. its sturdy and it doesn't look too bad IMO. Also think i'm going to move the back air tube to the front... I'm running MRD Injection and i want to keep it as dry as i can when i take it to the surf. Also going to run dual 700 gph bilges. This took me so far about 30 min...
