What are the modifications you do, that does not require major aftermarket parts? For example
- Flush kit
- Foot holds
- Light weight chin pad
- Primer

mill head, rev limiter delete, if you have aluminum stock intake grate cut out grill and weld in a little plate to make a scoop, i wouldnt spend a penny or 1 second on internal fuel fill, gut factory waterbox, redrill steering plate and shorten stock handpole to shorten steering
Internal fuel filler is another.
Still haven't work out the benifits for that though (some one will tell me I am sure)
If you work on your ski a lot it's worth every second, I can't tell you how many times I've pulled a my gas tank.Don't bother.
The only benefit is looks, and it takes a lot of work to get it looking just right.
Shortened pole, homemade quicksteer (move cable to the farthest hole/redrill nozel closer to center), D-cut rideplate, Hood mod. Total cost: $0

But shortening the pole, quick steer, and making my own xmetal-style handlebar setup, dcutting my ride plate and footholds are my favorites. In retrospect I would not have modified my hood.
Hood mod?
Does it just make it easy to pull out the tank?
