Turf is on the edge and pipe is out of the ball park.

I am talking about low $$$ mods.
Scupper is a good one. Low cost parts, high labor (free when you do it yourself) and big reward.

mill head, rev limiter delete, if you have aluminum stock intake grate cut out grill and weld in a little plate to make a scoop, i wouldnt spend a penny or 1 second on internal fuel fill, gut factory waterbox, redrill steering plate and shorten stock handpole to shorten steering

Any more information on the water box?

Don't bother.
The only benefit is looks, and it takes a lot of work to get it looking just right.
If you work on your ski a lot it's worth every second, I can't tell you how many times I've pulled a my gas tank.
But shortening the pole, quick steer, and making my own xmetal-style handlebar setup, dcutting my ride plate and footholds are my favorites. In retrospect I would not have modified my hood.

Does it just make it easy to pull out the tank?
