I've been in the sport for about four years now and without a doubt Tom is the best guy I have dealt with.
A few months ago I ordered a X2 bottom fill and sponsons. Products arrived on time and the quality was superb. I bought the front fill and sponsons for my World Finals X2 build. There was a misunderstanding when I ordered. I thought his bottom fill was designed for a race ski, its not. The first time I put it in the water was Thursday in Havasu, we raced Sunday. The ski was the worst handle X2 Ive ever ridden. We had to Mcgyver a few different pieces (ride plate, front fill) to make it even raceable. I knew something wasn't right, so I called Tom. That's when he explained that this setup was made for a freeride X2. That made perfect sense. I bet it would make a killer ocean ski. Although it was a misunderstanding and my fault for not doing better research on X2's, Tom stepped up and refunded my money! I have never had that happen.
Remember, the front fill is glassed onto the bottom of my ski, there's no way to return it. Yet, he still refunds me money. I didn't even ask for a refund, it was all his choice. Wow!
I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Tom again. Awesome products and even better customer service. That's what this sport needs.
