CLEVELAND -- Tuesday Is National Pancake Day.

The International House of Pancakes is offering free pancakes to help raise money for a children's organization on Feb. 28 -- National Pancake Day.

IHOP will offer a short stack of pancakes from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. in exchange for a donation to First Book.

First Book is a national nonprofit organization that gives children from low-income families the opportunity to read and own their first new books.

Yeah, in England we call it Shrove Tuesday and eat pancakes. In America you call it Fat Tuesday, you eat crawfish in New Orleans, drink and party hard, and women flash their bewbies at you for beads you can buy for less than a dollar.
