Freestyle To travel/fly with your ski? How to

Hi guys.
I know some of you travel the world and ride all over it. But how do you travel with your skis?
Is it possible to fly and "carry" your ski with you?

Ha! Thats awesome, is this first time or have you done it before. what do you "carry" your ski as? And how much extra is this to a ticket?

You cant put your ski on the same plane as you are. You can Do airmail and put the ski on in a cargo plane. Thats about a few day process. Estimated $15-3000 around the world. I put my ski on a boat. Takes about 30 days, And price ranges from $4-1000 around the world through my contact. I am shipping my ski from US to Australia for $575.

Hmmm, let's say you wanna fly from Detroit to Florida and back. So I package it up like you did and let the airline know about the jetski rolling baggage. That's it? What would you say the cost would be?

I thought somebody made a kevlar, padded bag with handles to put a ski in for getting on planes, etc. no? Lenzi or someone maybe...

It'd be nice to just drain tank, pull battery and show up at the terminal.
