what length is everybody running to strap them down?

I am using two waterbox sized straps. Using one full length and the other wrapped in half. Was worried about scratching the chamber but been riding it for over 6 months now and been good. Just zip tie the straps into the hull hooks so that if the strap comes loose it doesn't go to the scupper area of the hull

Two wrapped up the same way but side to side. I will get a picture in the morning. I have handfuls of these straps around which is why I used them. Easy to find if they ever break or get lost.
