I am going to install this 46mm Blackjack on my all 61x motor hoping to finally solve my recurring bogging issue. Any tips or experience with this setup?

If you are having a bogging issue with a stock carb, you likely won't have a better experience with a BJ.

I think what he's getting at is this: What makes you so sure that your current bogging issue is caused by the carburetor you are replacing?
It is probable that you will fight the same issue with the BlackJack, unless the problem is really due to a poorly tuned carburetor. And even if that is the case, your issue would be solved only if you are getting on the money jetting specs for the BlackJack. Because if you have to tune it yourself, you're really no further ahead than you are now.

If you are using a 46mm BlackJack on this setup ported by Art, I'd be asking him that question directly - much more accurate answer, though it may not be faster. LOL I guess that depends on when he answers his phone :)

I had a blackjack 48 on a 61x engine a few years ago, it performed very well. Arts jetting specs have always been spot on with the screws within a 1/4 of a turn.

I don't mean disrespect but if you can't get a stock carb tuned in (if the problem is infact carb related) an aftermarket carb won't make things easier. If you have a B pipe, FPs specs should be nearly spot on for a factory carb. Id start there, if it still won't run right, look elsewhere and wait on the carb till you get it running well.

i would contact paul lehr @ LPW. im running the same engine but with oem 46 and wetjet intake. im in the middle of porting mine now and talked with him last weekend. asked him what he would start with... little to no hesitation he started spouting off jet numbers. after meeting with him a couple times in person now i wouldnt hesitate to start where he says. now, if i remembered those jet numbers id tell you. Im going to be calling him again, haha

Is that info not in the carb spec database? Midlake, I've used it several times with pretty good results. I wouldn't be afraid of using specs for a sbn 46 on a similar motor. You can always tweak.

i ran a 46 BJ on a mild limited engine. worked great. i emailed art and after a day or 2 he emailed me jetting to start with. it was pretty much spot on and i never changed it.
