Thrust EZ flow 50 mm carbs

They found the same problem i did with the carbs on the shelf. So they offered me an exchange for carbs of my choice. So to me that's making good on their product.
It is just a problem in the mfg. Not a problem with their carbs.

I went with the novi 48's for the replacement .

If its a mfg problem then its a problem with their carbs. Novi is making 49's now? Glad it got resolved.

I had a set and really liked them. So what is the issue with the Thrust carbs and what is their plan for the future? Did they let ya in on anything?

I only used them for about 40 min total and I was also breaking in my new engine so it's difficult to say. But with the little bit I used them I would say they would have worked very good.
I'm hoping the novi's will perform......
They did not say anything about the future of the carbs but I suspect they will get the issue resolved and offer them for sale

I'm not here to bash thrust as I work in mfg. And I understand sometimes things happen...

I definitely see the issue. I liked my NOVI 48's. Excellent throttle response and metering. Really quick to respond to on/off and small movements of the throttle.
