The cooling line in my 89 300sx going through the hull is broke on the end coming into the motor area. What is the line made of and what can I replace it with?

Those lines are aluminum.
I use the 18" toilet supply lines from home depot/plumbing store. They are 3/8" copper tubing with a chrome coating. Just cut to desired length and seal with 3M 5200 or whatever you like to seal things with. They are only $3-4.
