I have rick roy riser bars and bought a used UMI throttle lever that when I tighten it down it is still loose on the bars. Are there different sizes of bars or is the throttle lever not right?

Should fit, the bars are std size in that area.

if it dont fit, it dont fit. you will have to grind a bit of material off the cap, so it makes the inner diameter a bit smaller. shade tree fix, but a fix.

you could also get a small strip of rubber and place between the lever and the bars...... Will fill the gap and the rubber will keep it from moving also.
