I got a verbal from water patrol for being in the water behind my ski. He said my lanyard was not properly installed. I said, "its atached to my wrist, and the engine not running as per the manufactures design" He looked puzzeled then said I was to close to shore. I called it to his attantion were both over 150 feet from the no wake bouy!! How would he treat that krap

Guarenteed ticket on my side of town trying that. Our water cop brought it to our attention that the Wego Kite tube was recalled, I told him I paid for it well before it was recalled and he told me that if he saw us on the lake again with it, he would confiscate it and give me a ticket. He also said any ticket on the water here in Fl is considered an arrestable offence. I sent it back to Wego for my money back.

Cool maybe if you are the only ones on the lake but not very safe. I also think it would be more fun on a stand up.
