possibly....all my skis have a monster assult energy urban red grey and black camo theme going on so i might stick with that
I am starting to regret not rockering the nose before i reinforced....not gonna defoam because somehow my foam was dry

what would happen if i were to just rocker just the nose part at the very front starting where my reinforceing stopped. would that be worth the work?

thats the front right now...if i chopped the the bottom part of the nose off where the bottom reinforcing ends would that impact the surfriding abilities or is there not enough nose...most of the other rocker jobs ive seen start farther back than that? Also would yall recommend filling in all the small holes cracks and gouges on the bottom of the hull with cabosil/bubbles or just leave it like it is and paint over it?

also my foothold on the right hand side is hitting my exhaust and its keeping it from going in all the way...also why it looks like the one on the left hand side is farther in front of the one on the right? anyone else have this problem?

Everyone has that problem. Either cut the foothold and or dent the exhaust tube to make it fit

It looks like you cleared out all the excess original bond line epoxy pretty well. Did you just chisel it out thoroughly?

I seem to have the same issue with mine. When you riveted them in, did you 5200 all the way around? then rivit from the top down to the tray? Did you use a heat gun to help it bed a little easier?

no i put a mixture of 406 west filler and 3m glassbubbles with the epoxy resin around it then riveted it in...i ran out of rivets so i had to screw them in... tow then i had to go back and fill in all the empty spaces and even out the tray with more filler and then when i finshed glassing them in i sanded the crap out of it

no i didnt...i sanded it then scored it with a razor blade and filled it in with filler as well

I wanted to chop a few inches off the back of my sn tonight and im curious how you go about doing that. I am worried about the exhaust pipe...Can i just take a sawsaw and cut at an angle through the exhaust tube then glass over the whole thing and use a hole saw to open the tube back up??
