Thinking about making shop carts to bring down to Wave Daze

Guys i have looked at some of these shop carts and I am thinking about making just the steel sections and selling them. You guys can put what ever caster and bunk you want on them. This way i can make them cheap. Caster can be got anywhere so this should be a nice way for people to buy a cheap cart.
What do you guys think? I can work out a price soon, right now its just a thought.
