just don't crash...

cause crashes in dirt = lot more down time.

best thing i could tell you is don't force the bike to do something. kinda let every thing flow.

and i would def wear a chest protector, i was on the track and got blasted by a rock the size of a baseball right in my chest.

yea i found out that the chest protector and helmet actually cause you to break your collar bone a lot more than with out.

i crashed 2 years ago and when i fell my head buckled kinda and the helmet broke my collar bone.

that one wasn't pretty broken collar bone and a piece of my pelvis broke.

the dirtbike thing is going to be my side, winter hobby (along with snowboarding). So I don't feel the need to push faster than I'll naturally progress. Well, maybe a little. I think Ross wants to get another dirtbike now too.....so bad or good, I'm sure riding with him will push me too.

I don't know about any of that.....but Ross tends to share the mechanics of things pretty well. At least in terms I've been able to understand.
