Hey im Casey and im 98% sure I will be able to make it, a buddy of mine will also be coming if I do. We both ride SJ's and are into freestyle freeride, We're both 19 too. It should be a good time of chillin and riding, its our first time going to any type of jetski meet or whatever you want to call it.

When i make a res. for a campsite sometime this early summer do I not want to say we are part of this event or is it not a big deal, I talked so someone on the phone and they said the campsite doesnt really like it for some reason.

Is there any area of the campground that we want to be or not want to be at if we have a choice.

Hows the drinking scene after hours or during if not riding, if you wanna call it that? Obviously we are under age but we drank enough during highschool and college to know how to drink responsibly, should we not have a problem if we bring a case or something to mix with to keep it on the down low.

Well hope to see a lot of people are coming, we might bring another friend who doesnt ride but we both have other skis he could ride if we took two trailers down.

well sir the park is in claybanks township which is a dry township so your not SUPPOSED to drink.heres what we do....keep the cans and bottles on the dl and just use plastic cups:sneaky: the cant bust us for what they dont see:sneaky:

this event kicks a$$ and ill be there for sure along with a couple of buddies = two squares and a 550.possibly more not sure yet.

yeah the park really has nothing to do with this event. so just dont mention it just make sure your as close to "wave rave central" that you can be.
(ask for a campsite as close to the stairs as they have and youll be good to go.:biggthumpup:

I might be going, still thinking about it. I'm trying to find a buddy to go over with me so I'm not a loner for the weekend. If I bring a buddy I'd have to bring the couch along for him, is there any room for a couch over there? How bout an boat ramps near by where I can launch the couch?

yes sir just down the road is the boat launch that we all use theres a ramp in a littl creek that flows right into lake michigan about a mile and half up the road or so

geek its 30min north of muskegon...

its about 200' of 2' deep creek from the PAVED ramp to lake michigan. no beach carts, no 2 mile no wake zones, no COPS, no SURFERS... but again, its about 30 min away from muskegon. my own heaven only 10 MINUTES from my driveway (hehehhe)

i will be there of course.


chuck, we ought to rig up a charity thing... i can look into it. i think these charity deals are a sweet deal for everyone. brownie points would help... i think you guys know what sticklers they are up here about loud noise and what not.

Is that picture there Ludington? I rememer camping in ludington a few years ago, and there was a long stream with a strong current and a dam upstream, it looks farmiliar.

hey darkhorse wanna split gas? Ill be brining the sj, the 550 and maybe even the new squarenose. i promise the trailer will be 100% by then.

you were prolly in stoney lake, the one we ride out of. up stream (and out of sight) there is a dam. the current can be pretty narly.

near the boat ramp, outlet, etc the current is a BEYOTCH when there's people swimming and you have to push your ski up all tired and crap and its waist deep water.
