I know half the fun is in the building but.................................

this last one looks like a good deal. it would cost more than that building one from a roller.

The real beauty of this bike I am building is I have nothing in it,I also get to use the parts I have been storing for years and get some much needed shop space back in the process. To get it in running condition will be extremely cheap, now of course once you start plugging on all the little extras it will get expensive but that can be done one piece at a time as I can afford to do so.

As it stands now I have enough stuff here to make a runner, paint the frame and fuel tank ,I do have to buy levers, grips and a cross bar pad, I have decent rims ,tires ,brakes, cables, elect components, fuel tank, chain and sprockets, seat, forks and shocks,I have a cylinder already bored and a piston and I already have a head ready to bolt on .

The only really expensive parts are the exhaust system and the tank-seat -sidecover combo. The tank-seat combo runs about $550.00 plus shipping and the exhaust runs about $350.00 and has to be shipped from the UK.On the tank-seat combo I will have to seriously consider building my own from carbon fiber and just using a small .5 gallon tank made out of aluminum tubing, the carbon fiber part will just be a cover. Most of the newer trials bikes only hold .5 gallons or so of fuel anyway. For right now I will be running the stock tank and making a set of sidecovers from carbon fiber.
