noone can hold it against me though if i show up judd/tinks style with a ski i drag for 200 miles only to find out doesnt run. i still have daytona sand/dust on my superjet.

Ski is running like a champ. Ive been riding atleast once a week in lakes up here and I hit some gulf salt about 3 weeks ago at St. George Island.

Sounds like we might have something here!

Adam, I wish you could stay for the TD weekend, but I imagine you would be if you could. Savannah wishes to come down, but he has a TD “feast” planned of course. Still, he is curious if anyone is interested in riding Sebby that weekend. It’s a five hour drive, so good surf is mandatory (obviously a wait and see thing for him). He’s been staying in the surf regularly. If the weekend isn’t worthy, he will def make the drive another time everyone is getting together this far south. I did manage to get a text off to Dre as well, so he’ll consider it I’m sure, unless he is committed too. I’ve been slack texting others so far, but I’ll get to it today maybe.

Felix, I’m having trouble locating where Todd that left that information for me, but I’ll probably run across it by days end I hope, just give me time please.

This Thurs is starting to look good down here with fair to good, shoulder/occasional higher sets…inlet could get better. I doubt I can get out, but just an fyi for anyone with flexible schedules. Maybe it will build for a good weekend for all.

(stricky, I reread your post, lol…you’re such a nut, but that’s great.)

I haven’t done the text thing yet Adam, but Felix did email me about having to take a tinkle test, …still not sure what that has to do with skiing anytime soon, and I didn’t really want to know about that, since I was just trying to relay some requested info, so I thought I would share. :present:

windswell/swell leftovers fade through the day with more favorable winds.



Maybe other spots up and down the coast look good as well, so hopefully some people can get out.

Hi Adam. I did text two more people, and they are currently wrenching like mad at least. I did tell them it looked like we have a chance for something on tap for this weekend swell wise. Just bring it! You might regret it if you don't. Be safe.

Ya I just decided that I want to bring my double trailer back up to school with me so its easier to caravan to the Daytona Freeride, so Im bringing my ski home either way.

Saki, go find Strick, give him a good kick to the shins for me, throw some skis in the truck and come to Sebby on sunday. Tell the wifey I miss her and she should come check out my bod. And whats this i hear of a possible re-apearance of Judd? Does he even live in the U.S. still?

Can we get an ole fashion slut showing for a day of minority slandering and general debauchery or what?

Berman, whataya say? Think you could track down crackrock and get him away from his kids for a day?

Hey! Forgot about him…he might be clear for Sunday, and I need to get my b1 from him anyway. I’ll text all the old dogs on Friday again, letting them know they’re SLACK and all, ha ha. It’s too bad we can’t get the Hugo crowd down with us in warmer waters this time :wiggle:, but it is a busy holiday weekend for serious driving. So true…been lookin at it throughout the day…not wishing to post it up. I figure Adam is attempting to hit the spot on his return home from spending time with family. How do you feel about taking the chance to hit the spot twice for his sake (he doesn’t get the chance often due to school is all, so I feel badly for him)? I’ll go ahead and load stuff 2nite, so I’m ready to hitch and go in the early morning (high tide is 8:08am, I don’t wanna miss the chance for decent stuff, or chance at all…it’s been so long since a swell hit on the weekend). I’ll check back, but I have your # stored.

I just hit Beach up with a text about swinging by to get the b1 (2nite/morning), as well as see if he is free to ride (if not, I have the sj happy). If schedule works for him, I can get it in the morning, and then caravan down with you. I never did text anyone (I’m a slacker, lol) other than two local wrenching monkeys that are still wrenching (motor mounts, scuppers, starters)…holidays throwing both of them in a mess it seems. Adam, Sunday is 40% Tstorms after noonish, gusts up to 30mph. If you want your sun, your gonna have to get up reeeeeally early that day, because this thing isn’t like a summer tstorm situation (poof/gone). Sat is the better day for surf at this point anyway (fair conditions), plus it’s to be sunny (just sneak away, lol).

It's not that big of a deal if sunday does't happen. Ive got two weeks up in tally than im coming back down south for 3 week winter break, so there will be more oportunites to ride the monster hole. Hopeully under better weather too
I might need to stop off in crystal river on the way to tally also so its whatever. If anyone wants to ride ill stop and ride, otherwise im rollin home

That's cool! Dre is totally cracking me up right now (texting me while he is on a date, lol)...I WISH I could relay the scenario, but I'll just say he is on another one of his REALLY WILD adventures as usual, and I hope he doesn't give me a play by play.

Anyway, lol (oh my gosh), he may ride in the morning if he isn't up too late (idk bout that, ha ha), and he said to def not count him out for Sunday (has small wrenching to do)...so we may still be good there (we'll just keep an eye out on conditions). I know you would love to see him again, as would I.

Beachjunkey is on his way in town getting parts. He got his ski going, but something (idk) he's tinkering with. Anyway, we both are talking about early in the morning for anyone else interested (just need to be back in time for Bama/Auburn game at 3:30, or at Hiram's better yet). He'll probably post up. I don't know about Sunday for him.

Fox got his starter, but he has been obsessed with building out this Frankenstein ski, that he didn't put it in yet. So I told him to get bz.

Saki and Stricky are just covering up the fact they don't ride anymore.:dunno:
