Eric of Tpe performance, I've met Eric a couple times he's always been up beat and energetic. The short end of my story is I purchased a hull in North Carolina (for my 6 year old) this is going to be his first jet ski. I'm in Maryland and could not make the 8 hour trip. I was told by the seller( Matt Jones) that Eric would be up for the weekend visiting friends. So I figured it was a long shot asking Eric to pick it up for me and haul it back to Virginia. But to my surprise he was more then happy to help out. Even offered to send me a bunch of pictures of the ski. It's people like Eric & Matt that make me proud to be apart of this sport.
