don't think I need anything. I have yet to pick up stuff for

pico de gallo
guacamole
rice
beans

I was going to get all that and prep it all Thursday afternoon so I can relax on Friday.

I don't know about dinner on Friday night though.

So whats the exact menu.. dates with meals. Mick, AllStock, Diddy and me are trying to figure out whats when. Thread got kinda garbbled up as to all that.

boiled bugs on friday (evening) and Saturday (lunch)

fajita dinner on Saturday evening. I think AS is bringing jerk chicken as well.

Pancake breakfast on Sunday.

Friday night is kinda up in the air for food it sounds like. I could make ghetto BBQ chicken again. Someone volunteer to bring a couple packages of chicken leg quarters and I'll cook it up.

Some big cans of beans and coleslaw and we got dinner taken care of easy.

Or there's catfish & hushpuppies.

or - just go out to eat somewhere?

we've got a couple good seafood places, the burger place, pizza joint (owned by a family that moved here from NYC) and a few other spots.

That burger place we went to the year Joe was there, was pretty good. :biggrin:

Just don't let me miss some of the bugs, whenever they are...I missed a lot of the good stuff last year. :banghead:

Edit: Missed your post above mine...seafood sounds good too.

I am with Quick Mick though, the spicy food does not mix well with the drinking.
