the best setup!? kawasaki sx-r 800
Hello all you jetski enthusiasts!

I wanna know what you think..
I have a Kawasaki sxr 800 2004
with built on:
Tbm head
Tbm angled reed spacers
VForce reeds
Tauceti pro series airfilters
R&D manifold
Dual Novi maxflow 44 mm carbs
Dry pipe
13/17 solas impellor

Current
140 highs
127.5 lows
115 gram spring (gold)
How much should my popoff be?
100 return jet

A bit of fuel is comming out of the airfilters , reeds are new...

What is your opinion? what would you do ?

i think novis use a 65 return jet.

65 is smaller and i'm not sure a 100 will build enough fuel pressure. too much gas returning to the tank. i'm not going to say 100 wont work , but the gurus that i learn from use a 65, so thats what i use and recommend. joey pearce/joeys watercraft uses the 115 spring 2.5 seat also.

Thanks buzzard ! I will listen to you and make it a 65 mm! Can it cause to spray fuel out of my airfilter?

not sure what you actually mean about gas spraying out the carb top , but that sounds like crankcase pressure is escaping by the reeds. maybe you have a broken reed , but using that 100 wont cause that. if its both carbs, it might be nothing, depending on what you mean by spraying

Buzzard the fuel is blowing out of the top of the carbs...just like the reeds are broken...but they aren't....should I put back my standard reeds? I read that allot of people think VForce reeds are junk..and have no better function then stock...

when its running or when you crank it? put the stockers back in there and see if it still does it.

And stil drops of the center thing in my carbs, if I turn the high and low shut...stil dripping fuel...put back 100 jet in the return...not dripping....but not running great

Hello alll!!!
Today the ski was great!! It rips hard like you all say it! What was wrong with it...the needles were worn out...so put news in and adjusted some of the advise of you all! And many thanks to The Buzzard for helping me out and advise!
