TBM Ride Plate 2008+

Has anyone rode this plate? I hear it is the best but I'd like some opinion

For carving and buoys it's great. Nearly impossible to get the tail to slide out.

I'm running one on my 08 superjet and I love it. It rails corners. I just wish the plates were cheaper.

I imagine it performs much the same on an 07-earlier model, can anyone confirm this?

I have both plates and they are nearly identical besides the bolt holes. With that being said, it certainly helps on a pre-08 but they still will not carve as well as an 08+

The best plate is the one that works for you.

I prefer a simple flat plate.

Ive used a jet dynamics plate for years and it works well for me in general riding but its not the best for buoys. It slides out too easily.

The simple flat plate that Tom makes is awesome. I don't know how it handles so well for being just plain and flat.
