I think the TBM is a much slicker design. I run one. I had the option to buy TBM or MACC (which is what blowsion's actually is) for the same price. I went with the TBM

I dont like the idea of running shims to change your pump cone. Id rather have independently designed pump cones. Plus you know TBM crap is always top notch. Less parts, less problems.

just trying to help you out here.....
your ski is stock, what is it you are looking for?
power, speed, hook up?

what prop are you running?
exit nozzle?
tail cone?
pump work?
etc?

not saying the cones are not good, just trying to figure out why you would want one on a stock setup?

you can get a killer prop from impros that will do wonders
i wouldn't add a cone assy.. without doing other things...

I have the TBM in her SXR and its nice, but i have alot of other things done to take advantage of it.

If you are going to use a Hooker prop you will have to use the TBM, they won't fit with the R&D design.

well i plan on buying a ADA head with 35cc domes and a lighten flywheel from a member on here and carbon tech reeds and the tbm pump cone. my ski has a different intake grade and prop i dont know what pitch or brand and the little stubby pump cone from blowsion
