TBM dual cooling and water routing kit?

does anyone have the instructions on how to do the dual cooling water routing like TBM has?

Tap your pump for another fitting. You can use one the stinger line as your feed tube. Where the stinger comes off the pipe and goes to the fitting (down by coupler), just add a thru hull fitting to dump the water. Now, for the motor, I ran split cooling. I left the stock hose going to the manifold and dumped overboard coming out of the head. Then I used the second line coming in now to just cool the pipe. I think I have a drawing showing this. will look for it.

for the second water in, does the second line go into the headpipe or the chamber?

Do you see the rear orange line coming off the head, water will go into the pipe right past that. you can see the brass fitting in the picture at the head pipe junction.

okay and so that horizontal orange line is going from out the top of the chamber fitting out the pisser correct?

Dont dual cool a stock engine you will loose powerrrr

its not dual cooling its split cooling.

oh yes yes they do, that is why you restrict the water into the pipe for hot waters. cooler motor + hotter exhaust = happy skidoodle.

thanks kahuna once i opened the hood and pulled the pump i could see exactly what to do.
