Surfriding Tapped the bottom

it seems obvious that rider error came into play ,with that in mind how do you measure strength or quality.i think you got off easy with a broken trim considering it took the brunt of the impact of a rider/ski combo hitting the bottom (don't know how severe, i wasn't there )but i wouldn't expect x-scream to warranty a rider error situation.if they were willing to help at all that seems cool for something that failed due to to whatever happened.by the way that is a cool pic! keep em coming carnage!!! i two have the thrust system but i don't slam it off the bottom so have no comparison to offer

Man this thread got interesting for sure, lol

Mine and pats post really had nothing to do with this thread other than I posted my opinion openly about the xm trim...

Pat did call me this morning to talk which was nice, I found out what he thinks of me.. Guess what? I'm the new Gil on the x... I'm also 2 faces, bias , lying , among some other things...

It was never my intent to hurt Pat or XS... There a great company that build products to keep all of us riding. Do I think pat should warranty that trim ring, no.. But that's not my deal, that's his and XS..

Im not some 2 faced a hole like pat thinks.. I think everyone on here knows I'm not riding XS stuff, I may take a few pokes , but I do that with Tem Superfreak, Steve watercraft factory, Brian or anyone else.. That's just me and I'll say it directly to anyone, no BS behind someone's back..

Pat thinks I'm trying to hurt him or XS...No one on the X should buy or ride just because another group supports one brand, ride what you like, not what someone tells you to ride..

The reason I won't buy, ride, or support XS is because of Pat's remarks made at the Daytona Freeride 2011... first was to my friend Lucas at the flatwater ride at lake Diaz , told him he was on his own with his xs1000 motor since he didn't pay XS $1100 labor to reassemble the short block.. He said this in front of a few guys, which all said I'm not buying anything from him .. Was a lot more said , but you get the point... Lucas sold a lot of motors and parts for XS, we all supported XS. I can remember going to the spot and seeing 10-15 XS powered skis...

Second item , same weekend... Told another friend of mine that his hull choice was top notch , but he needed to build a motor with XS and not who he planned. his remark was can that guy even build a motor... Let's just say he's very happy with his motor builder that couldn't build a motor, lol

I also support that builder, and i think his performance speaks for itself..but has more to do with his service, support, the way he conducts business.. Even after what Pat said, he had nothing negative to say...

After that I lost all respect, not going to support that type of business nor suggest my friends to buy the products... Sorry if that makes me a 2 faced, dick , a hole... What ever I don't care what someone thinks of me or what I post..

I love the sport just as much as anyone else, always let anyone ride my skis, help any other rider if I can, what ever it be... Last time I checked this was the USA, and we all have opinions , I will always speak my mind and be straight up...

Pat said guys like me come and go, I'm not going anywhere my friend.... Talk about Karma another time

I will for the love of the sport show some respect and leave my XS pokes off the forum...
